I will flag your question for the developers in case there is an easy way to achieve that. It is not currently a feature for V1, but this is possible with GDV2 and CPTV2.

The easiest thing to do is make it so that past events never show up on the site.

Try the options in:
GeoDirectory – Status – Tools (tab) – Term Counts – Run (Same tool is in V1 also)
‘Sometimes’ they get out of sync, just like permalinks, usually because of imports or mass updates. CPU and memory can help but won’t fix it in every case.
Earlier I use the GD Category count tool, maybe that has restored some of the counts.

1- in the supreme theme can I reorder the tabs to make the “Reviews” is default tab?

2- can I add some lists as an ad like the attached photo?
Do you mean the listings itself, which seems like a paid placement? It is possible to allow your users to ‘upgrade’ to a different price package that gives them access to additional categories, which can then give them placement in new widgets. 3- can I make my site is only for the registered user? and every one when coming to the site automatic going to the login page?
GeoDirectory is not a ‘membership’ plugin, and does not have role manager or access control capabilities. You will need another plugin like ‘members’ to do that. https://wordpress.org/plugins/members/
4- I need to make a mobile app for my website, but not web view app, like Yelp app. how can I do it?

We won’t be able to help more with this theme. In both 1. and 2. the developers have taken a look and the theme cannot be adjusted without significant customization, with CSS at least and perhaps also changes to the template.
The developers advise to consider the use of V2 to minimize the interaction between GD and the theme.
We also looked through previous Boss threads and those were for a different version (?) that has a different structure, and so were of no help for a solution.
That is why the Boss settings are not helping, from the theme compatibility page.
To remove those you can simply save any of the settings and then remove the customizations, then save again to apply the changes, removing any of the theme compatibility settings.
We do try to make GD work with any theme, but in some cases there are significant differences with the way the underlying theme operates, and so you can understand why we are also eager to see adoption of V2 that leaves many of these types of issues behind.
Yes, but the cloud is filtered by the location. Can you share a link to two hospital in the same city with that tag?
The field ‘Is Active” accomplishes that, in the custom field settings.
Sometimes re-saving the field is all that is required to set the settings right.

When you have a chance, you can install V2 and test out the new Location Switcher.
There are as yet no plans to enable sorting of search results in V2.

Please provide a link to the backend edit page for a sample listing with the problematic package applied.
For the address issue, you can check the CPT Custom Fields to see if the field is still required. Then check the General settings to make sure you haven’t removed the address from the category.
We will need WP Admin credentials to view the listing. Please include a fully qualified URL for login, along with username and password. You can use a private reply so only our team will see it.
