It seems some of the navigation options weer disabled at:
GeoDirectory – Design – Navigation – USER DASHBOARD POST TYPE NAVIGATION SETTINGS
Pleas review those settings and adjust to your liking.
About the listing size, these option are also in the same place, GeoDirectory Design. You can change the view on the Listing and Search page.

You can create WordPress custom menu links for all of the price package pages.
Open up an add listing page, and change the package, and that will give you a URL.
You can then hide the package selector at the top of the page with CSS.
Keep the page URL a secret and share it with who you like.

the textarea is meant to be used in the same way as the descripton/body box. Here is a customization snippet to strip html from all textarea fields on a site.
