Hello,
There seems to be a problem with your domain.
Try using BSR to update your DB for your domain.
If you want www, then make sure all URLs have www, or vice versa.
Hi,
have you tried the setting at:
GeoDirectory – Design – Detail – Show as list
Yes, you do need to setup billing with Google.
More info here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/google-maps-platform-changes-directory-developers/
Yes, it is possible to use a child theme to customize the plugin.
Please see the instructions here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/
You should probably add those as custom links in WP – Appearance – Menus
Add the item through the GD options, then coy the URL and use in a custom link to do it that way.
Hello,
I do not see those options in your search bar.
You can arrange the fields by setting the priority order in the:
Place settings (or event settings) – advanced search – choose a field, set priority order
Please make a private reply and include WP Admin credentials, username and password, so we can check the settings.

Yes, if your theme has all those features, then great, use them, but otherwise you can use the widget areas, because shortcodes in the content area will be overwritten.
If you right click on the image you should see the folder location where it is stored.
Have you tried that?
Please update the Whoop parent theme as I believe that this issue has already been fixed.
Thanks
The developers will respond to FB related issues here;
Hello,
You have to create field from GeoDirectory > CPT Settings (eg: Place Settings).
Create field with html var name (key) = custom_address.As Kiran said above, you do not JUST use the code, you also have to create the field, and then edit the code (if necessary) with the html var name to make them match.
this is a customization and you should contact a GD Expert if you need hands on help with it.
We would be happy to take a look at your settings to see if we can find the problem.
In the past this error has been fixed by updating the Whoop theme. Please be sure to have completed all the steps for configuration, and do check to see that your plugins are all up to date.

GeoDirectory – Design – Navigation
Read more about changing order here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/change-order-of-menu-items/#post-169436
The short answer is that you can create custom links to existing pages and then change the order. Location Switcher order cannot be changed.
Editing my account menu in Supreme is not available via settings, it would be a customization. You can check our faq for changes that developers can make to Supreme theme.
