The cog wheel shows up when Advanced Search addon is enabled, and fields have been selected to be included in advanced search and then set up on the Advanced Search tab in the Places Settings.
You can also adjust the widget options to show the advanced search box options.
It looks like it is working to me.
Can you say more about how to recreate the issue?
See attached SS.

before installing addons, please complete the configuration of the Core plugin.
1. Set a default location
2. Create a google api key or choose open street maphttps://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/
Where does the fatal error occur? Which plugin were you activating?
If Core is setup first it should be ok, let us know how it goes.Hello,

Sorry if there is any confusion, we are glad that you are using V2, don’t get me wrong.
The first priority right now is making GD Addons compatible with V2, then we will work on the themes.
Right now GD V2 should work with any theme, and so should V1.
Please send over WP Admin details and site URL and we will take a look at the issue. Please include a link to the page and more of a description of the problem that you see so we know what to look for.
Hello,
which theme are you using?
GD themes are not yet compatible with GDV2 and your results will not be as expected.
If you are just starting the site, try a theme like Primer.

Hi Ian,
I know you have been trying to make some sort of visually interesting way of showing listing options like AC and the link.
I was thinking about that and remembered another snippet provided awhile ago for radio buttons.
Why don’t you take a look and see if it might meet your needs.

There exists option in two places to control whether your listing owners have access to the editor.
First visit
GeoDirectory – Design – Listing – Add listing form – Show description field as editor
Enable the editor there for each post type
Then in the pricing package there is the option to
Disable editor? – Here check No
This is not currently possible without a customization.
