Hello,
We are looking into this, thanks for your patience.
April 25, 2020 at 7:20 pm in reply to: Auto-reminders for yearly subscriptions. Where are the settings? #542557It means that the ‘expiration’ is the end of the term, not the monthly renewal/recurring billing.
April 25, 2020 at 7:19 pm in reply to: Event Add-on – "Event_dates" and how do I get "start_date and end_date" #542556The options available are what you will find in the configuration of GD Badge. It is not possible to use both in the show conditions at the same time. Is this about filtering? Content? An example description of your dream badge might help understand the case.
This is related with your other topic. Try removing any custom CSS and clearing cache
Which menu?
Do you mean GD Categories?
Can you send a screenshot of where you want the image to appear?
April 25, 2020 at 6:50 pm in reply to: Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED . #542551I reverted it to a WP Page, seems a problem with SOWB on your site for the archive page. I tried widgets and an HTML block, but same issue with not executing loop.
Provide FTP if you want us to look into that further.
April 25, 2020 at 6:40 pm in reply to: Auto-reminders for yearly subscriptions. Where are the settings? #542548But, does it means that the auto-renew doesnt happen unless they manually allow it?
I don’t understand the question.
If they sign up for a recurring package then they are authorizing the recurring payment.
Let’s say a monthly recurring payment for 1 year (12x)
Expiry emails are only sent before the end of the 12th month.
April 25, 2020 at 6:38 pm in reply to: How to modify the words right below the font page title? #542546Try the settings in the right sidebar of the page.
If you use the triple dot menu you see an option “Options” – click that
Have you cleared cache?
What shortcode are you using? This one will do it for non-GD Pages

If you used the setup wizard it gave you the chance to import content.
You can add features to your homepage like this:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/getting-started/front/WP All Import has extensive documentation. The GeoDirectory addon allows you to use WP All Import to import data to GD custom fields. If you need documentation for that you can see the WP All Import site.
You can import with WP All Import (free), that is the extra feature.
April 25, 2020 at 6:29 pm in reply to: how to add google adsense code only for specific users? #542538Shortcodes should render if you add them directly to the WP Details page. Not working?
We have plans to add more features around this in the future.
For now if you want to implement with help you can contact a GD Expert:
