Make sure the Gateway has been selected on the Gateways settings page.
Invoicing – Settings – Payment Gateways – Payment Gateways
Please post future WP Invoicing related topics to the support forum there: https://wpinvoicing.com/support/
Hello,
I activated the addon and tested a claim and it is still active.
In some cases a cached URL can cause this issue. You could try clearing your browser history.
Let us know if it happens again and how we can recreate the issue.
Hello,
I hear your points, certainly.
If adding listing or the authenticity of the users should be restricted beyond what GD offers a membership plugin will be needed. We offer UsersWP https://userswp.io – which allows a site manager to use an addon and manually approve/verify users on the site.
With the current version of GeoDirectory, users must register for an account before they create a listing. Some users will no doubt fall out of the process and fail to complete a listing. With GeoDirectory V2 it is possible to see in the WP Users (list of all users) which ones are the owners of listings (and how many) so this will make it easier to remove users who don’t have a listing if that is the objective.
With comments and reviews there is a bit more flexibility because WordPress itself allows site managers to decide if users must register. In the case that users ust register to comment/review then we have available the Re-Captcha Addon to prevent bots from registering and to cut down on bot spam. In general the idea for allowing anyone to register is to get users to create a profile and add comments and reviews on listings and showcase their list of reviews. In this case these users won’t have a listing.
Hope that helps 🙂 And it you have more questions about GD security, just let us know.

The options are at Appearance > Customize
Some CSS tweaking may be required.
Thanks
In the WP menu, at the top, it will say “Dashboard” and have an entry for Geodirectory.
You can try refreshing the page.
Hello,
could you clarify, you are saying there is some custom code, and that it was developed before you installed Advanced Search? Can you post the custom code here so we can take a look at it?
Default images should always be at least as large as featured images as they are used in place of featured images.
Category icons are typically less than 50*50 and displayed ‘as-is’ without processing or resizing, there being no specific set size.
Hello,
there is a place to add a single CSS class inside each Custom Field in the tab at:
Geodirectory – Place Settings – Custom fields
Each field settings panel has a single field called CSS Class.
Adding additional code beyond a single class would require customizing the template for the listing Detail page.

If you need help with that you can find an expert here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com
Hello!
A couple issues there.
1. Several GD plugins are out of date. Please update those.
2. The listing preview page ‘feature-image’ area appears to be hidden by CSS, so it is not possible to see the button to finalize the listing. Please remove custom CSS to restore that area and that functionality.Let us know how it goes. If you need more help, please tell us where the custom CSS is located. We recommend placing it at Geodirectory – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS
Hello,
I’m sorry that would require a customization.
there is not a setting for that, to require that a place be linked, and linking is an optional field.
Can you say more about the use case? Maybe there is another way to accomplish this. Who will be adding the listings, the employees?
