I did not change any settings.
I have flagged this topic for the developers to take a look.
If you find a fix, let us know.
Hello,
try starting with the LoginBox widget. Add it to your footer.
Next, go to GD- Design – Navigation
Make sure that you are set to “Add from front end” for Notary (There are more options here, too.)
Finally, visit the loginbox and add notary.
The URL can be re-used as a Custom Link in a menu at WordPress – Appearance – Menus
Let us know how it goes!
That error is from trying to place the map pin outside the default location.
Refresh the page.
With the free plugin it is possible to add listings to the default location only.
Some members have used that theme in the past. There are no theme specific settings needed for the Geodirectory plugin, besides arranging widgets, but if you run into layout issues, then write back and we will do what we can to help.
Be sure to complete all the basic setup: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/
This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
Using the custom post types addon, you can:
1. Create a new “Online Only”CPT
2. Change settings : Geodirectory – General – Select CPT to disable physical location – Online OnlyWhen you add widgets to your home page (which is also the location page) then you can use a widget like GD Popular Post view and restrict it to the Online Only and show those listings on every location page.
It looks like you are using a different plugin for registration and login.
If you choose to use GD registration, then both GD Registration and Login can be on the same page.
For BP, you will have to contact the plugin author for help with setup.
However, if you use another plugin for registration, then you can still use the redirection snippet to redirect to the same page, if BP uses the same page for login and registration.
Hello,
And how can I limit the number of files attached by a user to one ad?
This is not possible without a customization in V1, but this is available with the core plugin in GDV2.
Why when a user deletes his mark on the card (announcement) – do not delete the files attached to them? How to make?
What do you mean by ‘card’ or ‘(announcement)’. There is not a way to delete the files or images of a listing when the listings are deleted. If it is important to you, you can make a feature request here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/requests/
Each month you can vote for the request and if other users like it too then it will at least be considered.
Please send FTP information to allow us to apply a fix.

Try disabling the Smush plugin. It is a well tested tool.
You can try it on a test clone site first.
Let us know if you run into any issues.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import
Best practice is to not invent data. If there is a question about a field, add a test listing and export to see how values in the field are stored.
No that is not possible without a customization.
