Let us know if there are any more GD related issues.
Your site appears to be running WP V4.8.
You will need to update to the latest version for support with latest versions fo GD Plugin and addons.

1. for related tab in detail page it’s working
Great!
2. for sidebar related listing when applied it’s working but my listing page will be blank. it only show the picture on listing page without any category, review
It shows image, title, and category, and reviews if they have them. Currently it seems to be set for ‘listing’ view, try 2 column for a different layout.
can you please also set the distance for related listing tab in detail page
The missing distance information in the related listings in sidebar is a known issue. A task has been created to look into the issue and the developers have been alerted and will post updates back to this thread.

the Geodirectory plugin is not configured correctly and missing options.
Category field, as an example, does not show in Place settings. If this is due to your transfer from another host, you can try to restore from a backup. If not, and you want to repair the installation in place on the dev server linked above, then the following steps may help.
You can first take advantage of GD export options to backup your data, and backup your db too.

A new copy of addons and the core plugin should then be installed. To do that:
Set uninstall options at : Geodirectory – General – Uninstall
Deactivate and delete addons
Deactivate and delete core plugin
Reinstall fresh copies of addons and core plugin.
Activate core plugin
Activate addons
