I was unable to find a cause.
You can try that plugin to see if it works.
You can also share FTP so we can take another look.
You can try it sure
We could also take a look, just share your access details in a private reply.
That is probably the BP feature, not the WP admin bar, but the Buddypress bar:
Settings > buddypress > settings > Show the Toolbar for logged out users > NOLooks good here on chrome.
Please tell us about the OS and browser so we can check it.
Don’t forget to clear your browser cache.

May 25, 2018 at 12:22 pm in reply to: Urgent Location neighbourhood on detail page issue after latest version update #432123If you know how to repeat it, copy the source code so we can examine it.
I have bot been able to repeat the issue to display the neighborhoods there.

Try checking the following to find it:
1. Detail page widgets – mention of neighborhood widget or shortcode?
2. Custom fields – did you add a custom field with shortcode?
3. Snippets – is there a snippet running to insert the widget or shortcode into the detail page?May 25, 2018 at 8:56 am in reply to: Urgent Location neighbourhood on detail page issue after latest version update #4321021> After version update now Location neighbourhood is started showing on the top of the detail page and in NON login state also. Attached is the screenshot where have marked the proof of location neighbourhood and non login state.
url: https://www.tuikart.com/places/india/odisha/bhubaneswar/coaching-center/disha/
You said non-logged in, but I do not see this as a guest on the site.
How was that widget originally added? Shortcode? Is it a custom field?2> We have multiple neighbourhood for any listing hence we have given all possible neighbourhoods ex. one listing is done at address of XXXXXXX, New Delhi, Now this address have 3-4 location neighbourhoods ex. Alaknanda market, St. George school market, Nilgiri markey ( as all these 3 neighbourhoods falls in 100-200 meter range.
Therefore, This list A should be visible in all location neighbourhoods ideally. As people in every location wanted to have listing of that product/service.
Hence, pls. look into the same as neighbourhoods links of below url are getting empty though it should have contain the listing of “DISHA”
url: https://www.tuikart.com/places/india/odisha/bhubaneswar/coaching-center/disha/
empty url:
https://www.tuikart.com/places/india/odisha/bhubaneswar/n3/
https://www.tuikart.com/places/india/odisha/bhubaneswar/chandrasekharpur/
https://www.tuikart.com/places/india/odisha/bhubaneswar/chandrasekharpur/ etc etc…This is not possible, as each listing may only have one location. Different neighborhoods are distinct locations. The Franchise manager addon provides a solution. https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/franchise-manager/
## If this is feasible then pls. suggest how to bring location neighbourhood at the bottom of the section as we don’t want ti at top
OR
Pls. suggest how to remove the location neighbourhood from the top of detail pages.
Can you say how it was added in the first place?
There are some styling customizations available here. Take a look and use what works for you:

You can
1. Change the subject and text of the email
2. Be sure to use a domain email
3. If mail is not getting off the server, document the issue and contact your host
4. Setup a 3rd party mail service to improve the rating of the emailIf email is being blocked by your host, you will need to contact your host to discuss the issue.
You can check out this thread with a similar discussion:

Yes, I see what you mean. No, that might could be accomplished with some javascript, but it would be a customization, if it were using the original checkboxes.
There is not a setting to switch those URLs, no.
What are the aspects of the second URL that you like, or would like to see changed for the first URL?
Please send over WP Admin credentials so we can take a look.
Make sure you have the pages set in:
