to do that you will need to install, activate, and configure the Claim Listing addon

Let us know how it goes
Hello,
Regarding deleting the app, Stiofan meant to try setting up a new app on FB and deleting the old one. That means starting over with the instructions to setup Social Importer.
This is not a widespread issue, so the chances are good that there is a configuration issue in the FB settings inside Facebook itself. We aren’t able to adjust those settings for you, but it can be quite easy to miss a setting.
Please give that a try ad let us know how it goes. We are always testing the plugins and haven’t run into this error so it is most likely an issue with the FB app settings in FP, or, perhaps (maybe) an issue/conflict with some other plugin on your site.
the developers will take a look as soon as they are able. Thanks for your patience.
You can contact the Buddypress team to ask them how to add a button into the profile.
We recommend you add a menu item for “Add Place” using the WP Menu System and a Custom Link or use the other navigation options that come with GD.
March 17, 2018 at 5:32 pm in reply to: Multilocations – location switcher in menu not responding #421919The site URL was set to http, and it was changed to https.
That is at WP – Setttings – General – WordPress Address (URL)
Hello,
please post updated login information and we can check on that for you.
Hello,
Generally speaking, from https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/#near
The default GD search is not an IN search, but a search NEAR THE CENTER OFSo the search for dentists near ‘springvale’ is a search for dentists within the default ‘near’ limit (40 for this site) from the center of the location matched with ‘springvale’.
In the case of this site, there was an issue with the permalinks, that ‘show full location in URL’ was selected but the first checkbox was not selected, so the URL was incomplete.
Try your search again and see if the results are improved.
At this time, the listings results on the search page do not appear to contain a link to the listing detail page and are missing some information. This would seem to be an issue with mixed content / CORS errors in the console.
Your site needs all images and resources to run from https. Please try the ‘better search replace’ plugin to update http links to https in your database. That should fix the issues on the search page, but if not write back and let us know.

Thanks for letting us know about the varnish issue.

Hello,
please install the “email log’ plugin and activate it to keep a log of the emails your site is sending.
In general, email issues rarely have anything to do with GD, but we are happy to advise about identifying the issue and contacting the relevant party, which in 77% of cases is the host.
Hello,
It is part of the template, so it should be hidden with CSS.
Hello,
That is not possible without a customization at this time.
You can review the “Redirect to nearest location” function explained here, but that only works on entry to the site: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/search-filters-overview/#near
Hello,
you can add custom CSS at GD – Design – Scripts – Custom CSS
