Hello,
I will check with a colleague, but from what I understand the filter for CPT categories will be engaged on listing pages, not on search pages. This widget can be used on search pages, but the filter by post type is specifically for listing pages.

You can refresh the token for your site by visiting the GD Social Importer settings and clicking on the button.
GD > Social Importer > FB
If that doesn’t work, review your FB app settings. If you can’t find the problem, follow the guide here to review each setting one by one.

Chrome Dev tools inspection of your site reveals an error that your GMaps API key is missing.
You can address the issue by getting a new API key for the site.

There appears to be an issue with the settings on the site.
Because the site has listings in more than one location (2 or more cities) the URL for each listings should be set to include the full location.
