you can export the listings, and move the images via FTP, but you will in all likelihood need to recreate widget settings manually.
GD creates a number of pages that have distinct URLs including GD Home and Location, but there are several shortcodes you can use on Non-GD Pages including GD Listing shortcode, a very powerful way to insert your listings almost anywhere:

The center point will be the center of the listings, and there isn’t a way to set it manually.
If you have the location manager installed and allow multiple locations you will find each location has a country, so there is a page where UK is the center of the map because it is showing only the listings in the UK.

GeoDirectory is often used as a part of a site. You can leave your WP Front Page set, and then choose a different page as the “GD Home” page.
I’m not sure what you mean about the theme, but WordPress sites can usually only use one theme at a time.

The GD Home Map widget will always include all the listings on your site.
The only way to make it show a specific area is to have listings only in that area.

Your default location was not set. I added it to Buenos Aires, and imported 1 listing.

If you allow listings in multiple countries, you need to set GD > Permalinks > Add location in urls > Add full location info with country, region and city slug in listing urls
Otherwise you will end up with 404 errors.
Your WP Setting for Permalinks looks correct.

The page with the title “Home” is actually a wordpress post feed, the blog page..
Maybe you want a different page set as your home page, and then change the title of that “Home” page to Blog? Then change “Blog” to be the actual home page called “Home”?
