Sounds like a good start!
Consider using categories to let your members pick which services they offer, and tags to offer services that are more nuanced.
Use as few categories as possible to show as many listings as possible while browsing the categories. Examples might be Gardening or Cooking or Driving
Try out UsersWP https://UsersWP.io to add nice profiles or more advanced engaging features for members.
