January 25, 2020 at 4:04 am in reply to: Set Map Widget to Display Listings Based on Location Instead of Category or Tag #527336
The developers are considering a feature for custom location but they haven’t started work and can’t say when they will.
There isn’t another workaround besides using tags or categories at this time, if the locations aren’t working, so it would require a customization.
We recommend UsersWP https://userswp.io because it has a setting that will redirect back to the last visited page, and/or modal login/registration forms that can be launched on the listing page itself. Either of these are solutions if the new user is automatically logged in after registration.
Perhaps you should speak with your login plugin provider about adding those redirect option?
Either that or you could create a customization yourself to work with your login system, a dynamic link to go to the register page and redirect back to the listing. If you need help with that you can contact a GD Expert here: https://geodirectoryexperts.com/
Maybe what you should do it add a GD Listings element/shortcode to the location page, and set it for “Attractions” and make sure to enable the location filter in the advanced options.
Then add the near me button to the sidebar.
Try that, then click on the near me button, that should be similar to what you want.
This reply has been marked as private. No, but I will add take that and the idea of editing slugs up as feature requests and the developers will consider them for future versions.
Not at this time, no, it isn’t possible to change the slug. You can easily change the label, though, so, if you don’t like the slug pattern then I think you would need to delete the neighbourhood and re-add it, perhaps just adding the slug you want as the neighbourhood name and then changing the label afterwards.
No, because once neighborhoods are used for a city, they are essentially required, at least in that the user is given a choice between the ones you make available. They are only added by admins.
I will ask the developers if there is a workaround for that.

Yes, if you are not using GD Single Tabs, then you will need GD Single Reviews to show comments or reviews.
It is the expected behavior, to login first.
If you want us to check the settings please create an admin account and post the details in a private reply.
I was redirected to login. Is that what you mean?

To make a claim, users need to be logged in.
Try using the GD Post Claim element first, and let us know how it goes.
Please share WP Admin if we need to check the settings.
January 24, 2020 at 5:15 pm in reply to: Looking to Display Listings/Search in an Accordion Toggle #527285Hello,
do you mean you want to put the GD Loop shortcode inside an accordion? Have you already tried that?
Sometimes it takes time for the key to work. Seems to be working now.
