For Elementor always use the “shortcode” element for shortcodes, never the text element. Seems to work now. Let us know

That is correct, they are links, that is the expected behavior. Changing it would require a customization.

There is a problem with copy/paste on the docs site, and the developers are looking into it.
There shouldn’t be a problem if you use the shortcode builder on your site.
