Just a guess but is the ‘listings’ slug unique?
Are new listings of the CPT listing type assigned a url in the backend editor?There is not a setting for that, no, so it would require a customization.

You can set the post type when you configure it. Is that what you are looking for?
WIth GDV2 it is important to try to get your users registered before they land on the add-listing form. Try setting a link to the login form and the redirecting users to your add-listing form. You can redirect them with the UWP settings.

You also have UsersWP installed and can use the Login or Registration forms by completing the setup.
Not at all. What I mean is you can use a Badge to output the value you want when that field is Yes or No.
