This reply has been marked as private.Is there a setting where people HAVE to use the dropdown in order for the search to work? I’m not understanding why my search bar isn’t giving accurate results all the time no matter how it’s being used. Please send me your recommendations on how to move forward.
Can you think of why typing in a state and pressing enter would give different results than using the geolocation dropdown? I’m thinking like a user and I can’t guarantee users will always use the geolocation dropdown so I’m trying to make sure all ways of searching give the same results.
it’s at 200, still not working. Does something else need to be set up or turned on?
That didn’t work either. I gave it no distance limit and it’s still not showing all my ohio options.
When I type in Ohio and press “enter” only one shows up. Why would only one show up when I do that (without using the geolocation dropdown)?

When I try to translate the file it says:
“No translation template for the “geodir_franchise” text domain”
“2 files can’t be matched to a known set of strings”What do you mean it’s not translated. I opened the .po and it shows my translations. How am I supposed to reupload my .po file anyways?

Is the search widget the search bar? If so, yes, I have that widget on my homepage using the “widgetised sidebar” element available in my theme: Fortuna.
