    Hi there,
    I have the Franchise Manager plugin enabled. Is there a way to change the word “Franchise” and “Franchises” to another word on the listings? (Right now it appears as Add Franchise, Select Franchise, Add new Franchise etc.). I tried changing it in the language file but it didn’t work. Is there another way? Is this even possible?

    Please zip the file before upload.

    Did you add the folder to your server in wp-content/languages/plugins ?

    Please provide FTP and WP Admin so we can check if needed.
    Also please a link to a page where we can see a failed translation.

    I took a look, the file is not translated.

    To translate the file please see:

    You can translate it with PoEdit

    What do you mean it’s not translated. I opened the .po and it shows my translations. How am I supposed to reupload my .po file anyways?

    When I try to translate the file it says:

    “No translation template for the “geodir_franchise” text domain”
    “2 files can’t be matched to a known set of strings”

    I apologize for any difficulty you may encounter with our translation process.

    We support 2 methods for string translation. The first, translation with PO files, is covered here, along with where to upload the translated file: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/overview/#addon

    The second is with the use of WPML string translation, using this addon: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/multilingual/

    It’s saying the following:

    “this bundle’s configuration has been automatically detected, but isn’t fully complete:
    – No translation template for the “geodir_franchise” text domain
    – 2 files can’t be matched to a known set of strings”

    Is there a way to send a bundle configuration in XML format?

    No, the PO method is tried and true.
    We can’t check the upload folder if you don’t share FTP.
