This reply has been marked as private.I don’t understand your answer. sorry.
Please could you show an example of how it should be?
I find the instruction shown below ‘user hostile.’
I won’t go into detail but I am trying to import 75,000 records that have customef ields that I have set.
Wasted a lot of time 🙁
Bests

ps. not happy today 🙁
This reply has been marked as private. If you want the details to be added by the customers, the easiest is to create a 100% discount coupon for the listing package you want them to have for free.
If a customer decided to pay for their subscription:
– Could I withdraw the 100% discount during the subscription period?
– Alternatively could I setup an alternative package that the customer, ‘can upgrade to’ and has to pay for? I could then attribute the 100% discount to an identically specified price package that doesn’t qualify for the discount? In this way I can allow a ‘free package for those I wish to promote with all features but they can ‘upgrade’ and pay.
Maybe I hold back an added value offer for this final upgrade – e.g. SEO?
2. Not sure I understand the logic behind a custom field being set with specific price packages only and then that custom field appearing in the price package under ‘post fields?’

How come custom fields that have been restricted by price package type still appear in ‘post fields?.
Thx
I added som pricing packages and changed one oif my test listings, in the backend, from free to premium without setting up the post fields so some of the data I had setup was cleared!
Is this correct?
Thx
Hi Stiofan,
Thanks for this.
So I can go live with the Beta version of invoicing?
‘Coupons’ are now called ‘Discounts?’
Thanks

March 15, 2017 at 3:17 pm in reply to: Customer Support Scenarios — I Currently Feel Ill-Equipped #367500Hi Guys,
I was just about to ask a similar set of questions.
I have been developing my site for 9 months with Guust’s help 🙂 – significant investment and I need to monetise soon – launch planned end of this March.
I am VAT registered and have to invoice with VAT – I need the Invoice plugin.
I am at the point where I want to import 75,000 listings.
It became clear that I had to set pricing up and test it first. Working on it but unclear about the setup based on the info available. Confused about custom fields where I can choose certain packages. Confused by no coupons tab showing – I have beta version of Invoices installed.
My pricing is more complicated than Curtis’s and I am very concerned that I don’t make myself a ”9 headed hydra’ when I go live. There is only me to administrate the site and I want subscribers to do what they can regarding payment without any intervention by me.
Please can you advise me.
Thanks.
Alistair
Hi Stiofan,
I want/need to go live with my site – http://www.truckepedia.com – at the end of this month – March 2017.
Please can you advise:
– Will final Invoice plugin be released – I am VAT registered and have to invoice with VAT
– What do I do if it isn’t ready?I can’t see coupons any longer under Prices & Payments? How do I handle this please?
Thanks & Regards
Al
Thanks Guust. 🙂
Hi Stiofan,

Thx
