Thanks, Paolo. I thought it was probably the same issue, but here’s the weird thing: I hadn’t changed the coordinates. I know it sounds improbable, but honestly I didn’t re-enter the coordinates (nor had I done a database restore or anything else that would account for it). And I *thought* I couldn’t edit the coordinates, because the “No records found” alert was over the latitude field, preventing me from clicking into it (undoubtedly just a browser positioning issue, I’m using Chrome), but I hacked around that by using developer tools to position the alert out of the way. Which, yes, solved the problem.
So, I suppose I’ll dismiss the mystery of the resetting coordinates unless it happens again, in which case at least I’ll know immediately what’s going on and how to fix it. I do appreciate your help and patience.

Hi, Paolo.
Thanks so much for your help. Yes, I had added the lat. and long. earlier, when it said it couldn’t find the town on the map (which was probably related to needing to update). And then I couldn’t seem to access the field to erase and start over. Nevertheless, I am grateful for your assistance, and hopefully I won’t need any more help from here. 🙂

Hi, Paolo.
Thanks for getting back to me. I went in and updated, but unfortunately that doesn’t seem to have fixed the problem. Under the single location I have added, there is no map showing, and I’m still getting the error that the location can’t be found from the lat. and long. (and I can’t try to erase the lat. and long. that’s there). Please take another look when you get a chance and see if there’s something else I’m missing.
Thank you.
I have exactly the same problem, even though I have deactivated all other plugins. Did you find a solution?
Thanks
