I got it working, thank you… I was mistaken the “popular categories” for the main categories list.

Thank you for the information, this will help with the converting the link. But I’m not convinced that it is normal behavior for the page to go to a 404 error when the user is already logged in. It looks like the author intended for it to redirect to the users dashboard (as it should), but it is failing to include the username in the link.
Thank you anyway, hopefully the link altering plugin will resolve the issue.

No this is not what I was looking for… As I mentioned in my post, the “top section” includes the categories listing. The categories listing is not showing up on the events page https://classybusinesses.com/events/ Therefore, either there is an issue with the page, or the template does not include the “top section” so I need to know where the template is at so I can review and modify this page with the widgets that I want.

Nevermind… I found that I had to add events to the options under GD->Design->Navigation settings.
Thank you, This was the issue.
FYI… I did try deactivating all plugins except geo plugins and still the pages were not found.
