Any update on this problem as I still cant enter any new listings as the postcode is always removed after the pin goes to the wrong location.? The pin then will not allow it to be manually moved to the correct location, just springs back to the wrong location.
This is a major issue as any new customer would have given up by now and gone somewhere else with their listing so there is no way we can go live or bulk upload new entries until this is solved.
Hi,
I have just installed the child theme modern and first thing I notice is that all the featured images have changed! If I re-arrange the images and save the updates then that works fine but I can’t do that for 600+ accommodation entries every time there is a theme update. At present I am testing with only 12 entries thankfully.

Hi,
I have installed the latest update for location manager and am also having problems with setting addresses on the map for places in Scotland.
The postcode is setting up a place in Aberfoyle Scotland to a place in Callander Scotland. When I try and correct the map by moving the pin the pin refuses to be positioned in the new location and jumps back to Callander.
I have set my search boxes to not show any places in the drop downs so that new places can be entered. The Google API is finding the towns/regions but the postcode is always wrong.
I have tried it in the demo and it works fine but not on my site. If users are unable to add new places then this is an issue. I have tried both backend and front end add listings forms and both give the same result.
Thanks
Thanks Guust,
I’ll have a look at that and try an import and take it from there.
Cheers

Hi Guust,
Thanks for you help as it answered my query as I had missed the doc you mentioned.
I am still a bit confused about the difference between the prefix geodir_ and some fields have the prefix post_. Is prefix post reserved for compulsory fields and all custom fields should be labeled geodir_?
Thanks again,
Joe
