I want to move side bar into the top of tabs and then rearrange elements.

Can you guide me how to move side bar to top. I will then try to reset elements and contact you again if I need any assistance.

I have posted the link in private message. You are right its popular categories widget not best of. Was completely out of mind at that time because I was tired.

I even made width: 33% instead of 20% for class .gd-cptcat-ul.gd-cptcat-parent.gd-cpt-flat in style.css but no affect 🙁
