    Hi can anyone help? I can’t see text and images in admin they are CPT entries. However when I view the post I can see the text and images, can anyone help or advise? Thanks

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for the info.

    This time I did it as described in the notes you sent me. And as I created a new user with password I was able to log in.

    However there was no form, which I have seen before for the owner to complete and confirm the are in a position of responsibility with the business and no emails were sent to me notifying that the bisiness had been claimed or verified.

    That has just come up after I have logged in and then claimed selected the business owner button.

    So do I have to sent up the user and password first. Then send the business an email with the note to claim their business with their password. Once they have then found their business they fill out the form. Admin then gets the verification email, they get an email saying verfiy and then once that has happened they can edit their entry?

    Do the users have to be stored on the same page as admin and developer users too? Does the new business claimant have access to admin of the site or just to thier business page?

    Hi Alex

    I have 2 people on this and we are going around in circles! I created the 2nd user as a customer and then tried to log in as them but I couldnt even log in.

    Screenshot 2 – business owner of listing as a user as a Customer
    Screenshot 3 – email recieved to admin inbox about verification

    I dont understand why the emails are going to admin instead of the user???

    Ok i got to point 4 and all good.
    5. A new user claiming their business isnt going to come in on the main admin page as I do.

    The attached screenshot has appeared as I tried to claim the business as I was logged in as Administrator in admin. Which seemes pretty straight forward to the user. But everything is addressed to David and not Liam although.

    Hi Alex
    I am using Firefox I will give Chrome a go but I have just tried on another computer and I am getting the same login/signup prompt.

    With the listing I set up earlier a form appeared asking for my name, position, telephone number which I filled in along with the request to claim the listing. I then would have expected acceptance to the email address in the contact page not to the email address for admin. I even used a different name on the form but the email came back addressed to David (my admin name)

    In admin it is marked as approved, however the username in my admin user name, the email address is the admin email address the telephone number is the one I supplied on the form as is the name.
    So it is confusing to me why the claimed listing has a mix of information.
    I have tried incognito in chrome and i still get the login/signin prompt

    What am I doing wrong?
