Verification to claim listing is not recognizing my email address

    Listing Claim Issue

    I have set up a dummy listing using a personal email address. I then go to claim the listing, I complete the pop up form and await the verification email to my persoan email addy.
    Nothing!
    I notice that the verification email comes to my admin inbox and not my personal. Then when I try to edit the post it I am asked to login/signup and enter my password but there is no sign up option.
    The login/signup box is already populated with my admin name and password. I try to use my persoanl email to login, i request a new password but my persoanl email address is invalid.
    Any advice please
