Alex, I have already done this and am completely frustrated by this whole experience. I have spent 3 weeks to and fro on this support ticket. I was told when I came over to you Geo Directory that it would be a smooth process to transfer and that the premium support I would receive would help me get my data imported quickly. Every time I raise a ticket, even when it is moments after yours, I have to wait for another 24 hours and you either refer me to a document or don’t answer the question I ask. I just want to import the data. Please, can you escalate to somebody who can help today?

I have followed import process you sent over and created a test listing using shortcodes on GD listing which looked fine. I then exported the test listing data and created the attached csv file using the export template, then imported (using wp all import)Unfortunately the images and videos, categories have not imported. Please can you help? I have attached file, the login is as before if required?Thanks, and we are back to the beginning where I am struggling to find out how to display the custom fields I have created within acts on the GD details page!
I am using DIVI and I want to use the custom post shortcodes for
Title
Main content
Images
Video 1 2 and 3
Firstly what are the shortcodes for each of these field types so that I can display on the GD details page. I have tried reading your documentation and find it hard to follow.
Secondly how do i use them in the DIVI builder on the GD details page, I can see option to use GD shortcodes in the Text module but this does not appear to display anything when I have used the shortcodes i think are for the above .I have set up a test listing amd am really struggling with this, please can you take a look instead of just directing me to yet more lengthy documentation.
This reply has been marked as private.This reply has been marked as private.The issue is that I have imported all the acts (custom post) after creating a custom post called Acts. However front end the acts do not display the videos or images and although I can see that each act is attached to the correct categories the category field backend is blank, also the video fields and additional images are blank, all images are within the website as I did not remove when transferring from WP business directory to Geo. My process was to export data from current directory (wpbusinessdirectory), create a custom post type please see act screenshot attached) I then edited my export data to match fields created within geo, I used wp import to import the data and matched up all relevant fields and since this time I have not been able to figure out how to make the fields I require to be shown show. please also see attached back end screen shot of an act
