One more question, there are options in the custom post fields to add info to the detail page sidebar and then in the theme widgets there are options to add things to the detail page sidebar. The info that is currently displaying in the sidebar is not coming from either of these, just confused as to where the sidebar is getting pulled from.

I am using a Genesis child theme – Minimum Pro. Now that I can recall, I started the Directory starter theme so I’m guessing it’s theme related?
Thanks, I tried following the instructions to add code to the child theme functions.php file but it didn’t work. I’m just wondering, what normally happens after someone logs in or registers for the first time? Where do you normally get redirected?

This reply has been marked as private.I was able to login – I had to clear the cache, but this is still happening while being logged out of my website and trying to register as a new user. After entering my name and email address, I am redirected back to the home page. Is there any way to redirect users to a page thanking them for registering and telling them to check their email for a password? As it is right now, after entering email and name, I’m being redirected to the home page…
I realized I left out one import step: to upload the actual plugin. I did and so far it seems to be going smoothly…
