    Hello, I have a GD-search widget on my home page. How do I make it so that people can choose a category to search for? I just have just a search box with the following values in each box: “Places > Search For > Near”.

    Last week I added this feature to my home page and I had it where there was a drop down of categories, but I somehow lost that ability. The current widget has no drop downs, except the “Places” has an option as Events as the drop down. Which is fine for now.

    Hi,

    are you using the Supreme theme? We hide the Customize my search button by default in the featured area of tat theme.

    I am using a Genesis child theme – Minimum Pro. Now that I can recall, I started the Directory starter theme so I’m guessing it’s theme related?
