    Thanks for the reply I am using GDF modern as the theme.
    None of the solutions suggested would be desirable.
    Can you provide an example of how to add the shortcode to the header by editing it directly? I tried to add the shortcode to the header file but it didn’t work.

    I appreciate your time.

    Thanks for the reply. Updating to the latest PHP version 7.3 fixed the problem. However when using facebook import (with url parsing enabled) I receive a 500 error:
