I believe the problem caused by your other plugins like wordpress social login. try to disable one by one and find the plugin that causes your issue.

The problem comes from your WP SEO plugin. Its throwing some javascript errors. hence its breaking other plugin’s js too. Try to disable that plugin till you remove those category icons.

I see that you or your dev have added this line in your config file.

When I remove that line, your server has file permission problems.

Please check your widget settings.
