    When I mean site cache i was talking about the cache created by your caching plugin. Not browser cache.

    Hi Laura,

    The problem is caused by your SG cache plugin. We support only WP Super cache and GD Booster.

    So disable that siteground cache plugin and use either wp super cache or GD booster.
