In V2 you need to use the GD Listings element and the GD Categories element.

That depends on your theme, but usually there is a 404.php file in the parent theme folder. Move that to your child theme and adjust as required.

Firstly, there is no need to add lat and lng if you are using full and correct addresses, and you have the Google API set up correctly.

Try re-saving the listings. Are you getting any errors that correct the listing if you fix the errors?

Have a look at
GD > Settings > General tab > Titles & Meta sub-tab
and adjust the titles etc there so they will be unique for each page created.

You can export the reviews, and re-import after making the required changes at
GD > Settings > Import/Export tab > Reviews sub-tab

GD > Status > Tools tab > Term Counts

You have a few conflicts with other plugins.
You have added the Google Map API in a few different plugins, so if you can identify which ones, try turning that one off or remove the API keys from the other plugin.
Try disabling plugins until you find the problem, and let us know how you went.
Please add FTP details if we can investigate a bit more.
