    There already should be a class assigned:
    gdp-franchise-m for a main listing
    gdp-franchise-m for a sub listing

    You only can link to the profile from the menu.
    Your available UsersWP links are at Appearance > Menus.

    And are they available in the backend?
    Do they become visible on the frontend if you re-save the permalinks?
    Do they become visible on the frontend if you re-save the listings in the backend?

    Please post your WP admin details in a private reply and a copy of the CSV file (zipped) if we need to check anything.

    Please give the URL [and access details if necessary] so we can see the blue box pop up for us.
    That is just not how it works.

    If you think it works like that, describe exactly how we can recreate it, using 2 different computers of 2 people who do not know each other. It is not a matter of admitting or not, but we need to be able to recreate it, so we need to know exactly how to do that.
