Can you post your URL in a private message, and your WP admin details too.
There is something wrong with the CSS of the markers shown in the legend, they should not be full size.I’ll get Stiofan to have a look at this.
You cannot create a private TOPIC (thread, conversation), you can only create private POSTS (message).
To do that tick the “Set as private reply” when you post your message.Stay in this conversation only, until we sorted your problems.

I can see the registrar bar when logged out (that is your buddypress bar), see attachment.
Just added http://guasch.eu/places/spain/balearic-islands/palma/feature/guust/ from the frontend as a normal user.
All seems to work well.
You should add GD links to your menu:
GD > design > navigation > choose menu

Also, I suggest to use a child theme to prevent losing any modifications if there is an update to your main theme.That was not the WP admin bar, but the Buddypress bar:
Settings > buddypress > settings > Show the Toolbar for logged out users > NOThis reply has been marked as private.I know, I can see the page, but I cannot login to wp-admin because I do not think you sent details for an administrator account.
