Or set “Show on Listing page” to Yes in address custom fields:

That’s for the non-coders 🙂Hi Wes, just joining the topic here.
You can add the GD Popular Categories widget. When you have navigated to a location page, a list of posts within categories will then show with a count of listings in that location.
See the attached image.
I guess it would be possible to add icons or change to icons only with some coding. You do not need to add any regions. They will automatically be added once you add an event. That prevents linking to locations without an event.
Might be a bit tricky, because some pages will not have a video tab for example and other pages do, so you can’t use fixed widths or % widths?
But Vikas manages to surprise me all the time, so we’ll see.Ah, did not know you wanted them in a different area than your sidebar 🙂
All solved then.August 4, 2014 at 1:32 pm in reply to: Map Sticky doesn't work in GD Map – Listing page widgets #10915Hi Dmitri, that seems like a new problem. I’ll have the developers have a look at this.
Hi PurpleEdge, the private conversation above is in my own capacity, which anybody could do in private messages if they wanted to keep their quote private. Moderators can offer their services too, aside from providing free service as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/.
I’ll set the topic as resolved so, it is clear that the job has been awarded.
Normally not in WordPress, but you can always add whatever you like to a txt widget in the GDH Header Right section.
This reply has been marked as private.I am guessing you are using GDF.
Just go to GDF options in your menu, and then change your Header Styling Options. In Appearance > Widgets, you will see 3 sections called GD Blog Details, GD Blog Listing an GD Page Details.
Add your widgets there. The GD Home section is for the home of your directory, not the home of your site.
I see. All resolved then?
You can add some of the GD widgets to non-GD pages.
Just pick the ones that do not rely on the location filtering like maps.
For example you can add the GD login, popular post, popular location etc …If you did not delete your database before a re-install, and used the same database, then a lot of things will be “remembered”. Don’t know whether you deleted the database or not, but that is sometimes the problem.
Had not checked that you still can’t add listings both front and back end.
Your address custom field settings are corrupted. That is why the Add listings from (front and back end?) stops there. I think a fresh start is not a bad idea. There was a problem with the way your Detail page was set in Design.
I think it was to early to set related posts to categories. Somehow that tripped up the detail page.
Don’t quite understand but it is fixed.August 3, 2014 at 12:30 pm in reply to: Different tabs showing up for posts in same category and on same price #10850You’re welcome 🙂
