You still need to write your own CSS even if you add an extra CSS class as shown by Kor.
Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/ to get started with your own CSS.Thanks
I have enabled
GD > Settings > Locations tab > Enable location search autocompleter?
and now people can search also in places like Scone. As you can see at
GD > Settings > Locations tab > Cities
you have 5 Scones.
You should merge them: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/location-manager/#editYou do not have any listings in Ipswich.
If you search for Ipswich, Google thinks you mean Ipswich in the UK, but you can add Australia to the search query, and then you get
https://accommodationbutton.com/search/?geodir_search=1&stype=gd_place&s=+&snear=ipswich+australia&sgeo_lat=-27.623&sgeo_lon=152.76You can also add the Change Location switcher in the menu or as a widget:
https://accommodationbutton.com/aaa/Thanks
You can use this shortcode:
[gd_post_meta key="post_author"]Thanks
Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#404
Thanks
They should show in the order closest to the center of the ZIP code area normally.

I am guessing you have not chosen the package in the settings for the custom field when you save.
If we need to check your settings, you can post the details of the package in a private reply, together with WP admin details.
ThanksPlease post your WP admin details in a private reply so we can check your settings.
Thanks

I turned off Query Monitor, that should only be active for testing.
I suggest you disable all unnecessary plugins until you get it working again, and check your caching settings at your hosting.
I added a test listing and that worked fine: https://localbusinessstar.com/places/guust-test/The https://localbusinessstar.com/places/tanzbar3-diepholz/ listing is still looking for images like
https://localbusinessstar.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/17434862_1284391864947604_893445509523688565_o-1-768×512.jpg
but they do not exist. I do not know which plugin would have created these links. Please have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/search/?bbp_search=listimia
The Listimia developer usually fixes any bugs brought to his attention without any problem.
Switching themes will require revisiting all pages to see what needs updating, you also will need to check all widgets and menus.
There will be no effect on plugins. Thanks
February 29, 2020 at 11:21 pm in reply to: Choosing a Change Location on smartphone doesn't work well #532954I’ll get the developers to have a look at your question.
ThanksCan you give the dates you are searching for and the listing you are expecting in the result.
But first try updating your plugins. What is the best way to create a visual map that someone can click on, and it will pop up with a date selector to view all events occurring in that state (an island in my case)
That would require your own customization.
I would also like a link where I can insert all upcoming events in a certain area to post on social media.
Example:
https://www.whattodo-vi.com/eventsx/us-virgin-islands/st-thomas-vi/?etype=upcomingWe have three islands we advertise that make up the US Virgin Islands. I would like a map on the homepage or that drops down from the menu bar that shows the three islands, you can select which island and choose events, businesses, or whatever other CPT I might want to include.
That are the location pages:
https://www.whattodo-vi.com/location/virgin-islands/st-croix/
You can reach them from here: https://www.whattodo-vi.com/aaa-test/
I suggest you clean up all duplicate cities by merging them at https://www.whattodo-vi.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gd-settings&tab=locations§ion=citiesThis reply has been marked as private. Are you using the latest version?
