You can create a custom post type that NEVER needs addresses:
GD > General > > General tab > Select CPT to disable physical location
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-general/#physicalSuch a CPT can NEVER have addresses or maps.
If you want addresses, lat and lng are required, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#mandatory
You can add zeros as lat and lng if you like, but you do need lat and lng. Two zeros will position your listings on the map on the equator on the GMT zero timeline.
These tools help you look up lat and lng in bulk: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#resources
Thanks
GD uses its own system for meta description and title, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-core-plugin-titles-metas/
See also https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#seo
I’ll get a developer to review your question too.
Thanks
There is a link to https://wpgeodirectory.com/submit/ on the showcase page, but the site has to be live before you submit it.
And thanks, Joy, even my answers are not always spot on either, but I try too 🙂
1. You will need to create incremental price packages, so create different packages that allow more tabs etc.
2. No, the message is on first entry on the website, regardless of where they enter. You can de-activate the message of course.
3. But that would show it like that to any visitor too?
You only want that shown for a user if they are logged in and are at their own listing page?
That is not possible without customization.4. Only the geolocation works together with the database to find relevant listings to show.
That site you linked to basically shows the default home page if I decline, I cannot see any different behavior than a GD site. It all depends what you put on your home page I guess. Thanks
That language string is in the GD core language file, not Location Manager.
But Joy’s link is correct to show the language change process. Thanks

I’ll set this to resolved.Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. If I understand correctly, add the “Near Me” widget to your pages.
Thanks
Please post your URL and WP admin details in a private reply, and we will have a look for you.
Do you have a link to a demo or other site that shows how you expect the theme to look? Thanks
Events are just like a special CPT, so events use the same templates as other CPTs like Places.
Thanks
No, that is not possible. The BP-GD addon merges the GD dashboard with the BP profile page.
So it can show reviews by one user of a Place of another user in the activity stream, but you cannot add to another user’s activity stream. Thanks
What Joy suggests, should work I think.
You could add.geodir-slider-title { background: pink; opacity: 0.8; font-size: 12px; }to the background
and/or.et_pb_bg_layout_light .et_pb_widget li a { color: green; font-weight: 800; font-size: 12px; }to the link text.
For more adjustments, review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
Thanks
You can add HTML to the language strings in the PO files.
Thanks
