If you want people to pay when claiming a listing, set GD > Listing Claims > Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure > YES
P.S. The slider images are centred but don’t display the full width of the slider.
The slider needs to accommodate other size images too, and show both prev and next arrows which are more obvious if separate of the images. Customization of that is outside support.

Please update GD core and other GD addons first, you cannot use old GD versions with new ones, they all have to be current: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-is-the-best-way-to-update-the-gd-plugins/
They are so old now that you may have to update them using FTP.
You will need to add your licences from https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/
