Thanks for the reply.
I have a multisite install
On the main site I goto:
GD > Place Settings > (Says Manage Place Custom Fields)
I pic a textarea field and there is the checkbox in the screenshot.
I tick it and I have an advanced editor for that field. In the subsites when I goto the same place I don’t get the option to tick it.
The fix you suggested works just for decription not any other textarea.
Make sense?
Sorry if that never made sense.
It’s when I go to the Manage Custom Fields section.
The screen shot above shows in the main site but not in the sub sites.I’m sure it’s a setting sowe where I need to add.
Just an upate on this for anyone reading.
I decided to do a clean install on my site as there were too many weird things happening.Once that was done all these plugins played nicely together.
Thanks for the support here.
yeah you’re right must have had my head up my arse when I read it.
Sorry.2nd item on your list with 105 votes 🙂
Ah ok. I would think that would make sense to make it available though.
I ust wrote a blog post about a company and wanted to link there listing on the page. I know I can do it with a picture and link but the listing would be cool.Hi Simone.
WPengine came back with this:
Hi Paul,Thanks for contacting WP Engine Support. We enabled a rule to allow Access-Control-Allow-Origin but the issue was still occurring. It looks like the plugin geodir_social_importer is at fault. When we temporarily disabled this plugin, it allowed our rule to process and the error went away. Since we did not want to leave this plugin disabled, as it may affect your site’s functionality, we re-enabled it for the time being. You may need to contact the developer of this plugin or simply disable it for now and this should resolve the issue. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns and we’ll be happy to help.

Ah yeah.
I cleaned the site to get rid of some conflicts.
There was a flow flow, yoast problem before but the clean install fixed it all.
But obvioulsy I have 404s as I need to add a lot of content backOk in safari now. When I’ve accepted the browser to know my location it’s fine but when i click on a category it goes to the page and then jumps back to /location/me
Any ideas. I’m guessing that’s not what it should do?
Hi Thanks for the reply. I’ll give social login a try.
I did some testing around the PCs I have access to.Happens on firefox on both. Safari and Chrome ok on Mac.
IE does it too on PC. Phone also does it and doesn’t seem to return a search. Here’s what I’m seeing on Firefox on my Mac. (should process soon)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XKym5817dcI notice on Chrome I get a green padlock but on Firefox I get a warning, not sure if that helps.
Will do appreciate the help.
