Ok I obviously didn’t explain it clear enough.

So if I have a page “Doncaster”
I want the locator to default to Doncaster without it having to be set.
That’s all. Otherwise it would show whatever the locator is set to.

If it has to be done manually by the locator fair enough. That’s what I asked if there was a search shortcode.

I want the page to be customised though with not just directory listings. So the /location/Doncaster page won’t do, as i presume you are about to suggest that.

Yeah but what if someone comes via mobile to a specific page that is only about 1 location? They shouldn’t have to change the location. The filters would be better if it could be set.

I just restore a WPengine backup and it works fine. Luckily I do a backup before. I’ll restore it now too.

I edit the exported csv file from your plugin.
I don’t edit wordpress files.

Yeah any category. Place or custom.
I can edit the information and save no problem.

The problem is if I tag a parent category in an already created category.
When i save I get this:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

If it’s a new category then it lets me tag the parent no problem.
I can also get around the edit by import export and editing the parent in excel.
