Initial findings are that when the MaxCDN settings are enabled we loose the css on the front end despite telling the settings that we only have bmp|jpg|jpeg|mp3 file extensions set.This reply has been marked as private.This reply has been marked as private.Absolutely! Hhmm! Now that’s a thought any suggestions as to how that might be done? Maybe adjust the wp_get_attachment_image_url through a filter or hook?
A Javascript solution feels a a little too flakey.If I can get this working I’ll let you know how I get on

Just worked out that you don’t use the media library but the question remains similar. How to store images on a different host? This is a storage issue not a caching issue although caching is also important
