Updated to .61. Both Categories and Listings are still unaffected by the location.

Quoting original issue:
” Steps to reproduce.
1. go to https://wpgeo.directory/starter
2. click on near me
3. you should see only results near you, but it shows listings, categories, and pins that are not related to your location.

I don’t what’s in the code for the demo, but on the default installation the Location page has this:
[gd_listings post_limit=10]
This only shows 10 locations with no regards for the location.

The expected behavior for the Near Me / Location page is to show only show listings near you, and therefore only categories and pins associated with these listings.”

Another:
Both badge background color and badget text color fields don’t take the color as an input (eg you can’t input #fff9ae).Not only the selector does not have input, but the color doesn’t change when a new color is selected. It is always the dark grey for badge background color, and always white for text color.

There isn’t any steps to reproduce, except by using a theme builder and installing v2.0.0.61.

Unfortunately we cannot recreate the entire demo code using elementor widgets because some parameters on the shortcode don’t show up in the widget.

Example:

We tried adding it as a shortcode
[gd_add_listing post_type=”gd_place” show_login=”1″]

But the generated HTML is exactly the same and it is shown as a column not a widget. This is an annoying bug because we can’t add any other element to the page without the layout breaking.
