Additionally, using WP Rocket CDN settings, the URL is not updated to use my CDN domain name.

Same issue, we use Imgix, and URLs in media library look like this:

https://img-cdn.citybrandmedia.com/2016/12/restaurants19.jpg?ixlib=php-1.1.0&q=45&s=80a35843ba5d5631123f3da3b213032e

Why doesn’t the plugin use the URL from the media library, and is there a way to hook that?
