The one we currently use is just csv, other can integrate with zapier. I dont know much about using api’s for this, are there crm’s you know that can work this way as I am open to change to get this working?

    Thanks

Hi Stiofan, sure. We have imported around 1 million records across the 40 sites. We are acquiring new listings via paid marketing and social and our model is to upsell the free listings and sell other services via email and phone. In order to achieve this we need to be able to export the listings by date range so we can put these new listings into our CRM to market and sell. The problem we currently have is the existing export only allows you to export the whole database which would mean having to export all 1 million records across 40 sites to get the new listings in a cvs format.

I looked into WP CSV as it can export into a cvs via date range and integrate via zapier but I am happy to look at any options that will help us extract the data

    Thanks

Thanks, I appreciate you need to prioritize your time for popular requests but can you at least advise a developer that knows GD that I can approach that you know could do this? This is VERY important to our business, I dont mind paying but I do need this functionality?

    Kind regards

    Joel

Thanks. I would be happy to pay for this development, especially if we can use WP CSV so we can integrate via zapier. I would be happy to pay you guys or if you could please forward any details of developers you work with that could help I would be very grateful Paolo

    Kind regards

Thanks just requested this now, please could you look into ASAP? We need data each week and with 40 sites and 1 million records exporting 1 million records across 40 x csv files and then having to manually edit all of them is just not viable for our business. Ideally would like to use WP CSV as I can then integrate into our CRM automatically via zapier but it would also be really useful to just have a date range selector in GD export as I am sure a lot of users have the same issue.

Please can you look into this and advise?

    Many thanks

    Joel

On sussex site we have a few issues where tags are ok backend but display as numbers frontend. I think the sync tags is supposed to sort this out but when you try to run this all you get is an error, can you please have a look at this as I think this runs ok on my other sites?

Many thanks for all your support so far

Thanks so to clarify all we need to do to complete is to paste this into the functions file for each site and the other changes have been made to the plugin and will update automatically with the update Monday?

If we did this we would need it not to revert back when the plugins auto update, is this possible?

If its just that and not much loss then this sounds like a good solution Stiofan and would save us a LOT of time. When will you be able to test this on the Sussex site?

I doubt we will use ratings for a while and maybe not at all because of spam comments but can you clarify what you mean. What functionality could be disabled to prevent counts and reduce resources? How would this effect site use and experience?

I can see how to add different post types but take our sussex sites for exmaple, we have 36000 records imported to relevant cats as places. if I add a new cpt I cant see anyway to easily move records into these. I have read the link provided and I can see how to create different types of listings but how can I re structure the data? i dont see how cpt is going to work without removing all data and running imports of 1,000,000 records across 40 sites again which took weeks because of difficult it is to import and how slow it is??

Please can you explain or provide another solution?

    Thanks

All sites have the same cats, is there a way to update one site via cpt and copy it across all 40 to save time?
