It hasn’t happened automatically. See, for example, http://www.globaltwincities.com/places/saint-paul/culturalcenters/germanic-american-institute/
Shouldn’t it have converted to http://www.globaltwincities.com/germanic-american-institute/?And when I create new listings, since changing the permalinks settings, I still get:
http://www.globaltwincities.com/places/minneapolis-1/culturalcenters/the-italian-cultural-center/
instead of
http://www.globaltwincities.com/the-italian-cultural-center/The shorter links also work, but they redirect to the original. Does that matter?

If I understand correctly, you can only display one Custom Post Type at a time on a map. So it sounds like, if I want to have a page called Greek Twin Cities, that displays Greek restaurants, churches and markets on the same map, then I have to use the same CPT (Places) for all of them. Then I can assign different categories (and different icons) to them, such as Restaurant or Church, and Greek, and maybe one called Greek Places. But then I can’t have custom fields like Recommended Dishes for restaurants, or Denomination for churches.
Alternately, I can have a different custom post type for restaurants, churches and markets, with different fields, but then they won’t display on the same map. But I can’t have it both ways. Is that right?Could there be a workaround, where they all use the same post type, with the same text fields, but instructions that say “enter recommended dishes for restaurants/ enter denomination for churches”?
Or alternately, is there some kind of conditional logic that would let you pick your subcategory (restaurant, church, whatever) and then it would present you with the appropriate fields to complete?
Thanks,
JeremyHi,
Yes, the problem is solved. And I was able to activate GD Booster myself.
Thanks,
JeremyDone. Will you activate GD Booster?

Thanks – I had looked all over my WordPress dashboard, and couldn’t find it. Is the only way to access the Social Importer through the GeoDirectory home page?
I have some additional questions, but I will post them separately. This reply has been marked as private.Hello,
I followed all of the steps in https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/social-importer-addon/, and my Facebook settings look like they do on your tutorial, but the Import Details from Social field has not appeared on my Add Places or Add Restaurants (custom post type) forms. My website is http://globaltwincities.com.
Thanks,
