Sweet – thanks Stiofan!
I’m going to manually edit the db table – perhaps there’s a select top 100 or something in the code. I don’t know… Just wanted to point it out. Feel free to play with it and test. In the event it does start working, please re-order as they were.
BTW – sorting is still working in other CPT’s. It’s just not working in the group which I linked to. It was working before I added the last 10 fieldsets and fields if that leads to any hints or clues. There are now a total of 105 custom fields for this CPT. Could there be a limit set on the select?
This reply has been marked as private. When I drag and drop them it is not changing the order on the add listing page or the custom field management page.
It’s also not updating the sort_order field in the database.

Yes, it’s happening for me 95% of the time. Only once did it work properly.
It doesn’t appear to be a problem with the initial import – but it’s happening after the form post.
Yep… I own an entire rack of servers. This is the only site of importance on this particular box so we can play with PHP versions, apache versions, etc.
Just let me know. You can find me on skype john.kirker
My wife and son are going away for a few days to visit her family. So I can be available 24/7. 😉

Good morning…
We’ve got a ghost… ;(
Same behavior in Safari and on my wife’s machine as well.
Also happens on the ipad… ;(

Again, I’ve had it happen before but never been able to capture it happening. Do as I suggested though and leave the site open in a browser when you leave and come back the next day and see if you can replicate it. I’m not certain if that’s what did it – but it may be.
This reply has been marked as private.I wasn’t using fieldsets but that’s also an option – then the fieldset could be hidden or displayed based on Category.
Thanks Girl – I think I’m going to use Whoop so there aren’t any child theme options. I opt’d for a plugin. 😉
Once some of the whoop widgets make it to GeoDirectory as core or plugin features I’ll probably go back to Dynamik w/ Genesis. (Hope it happens – Whoop is too bitchen to bail on now!)
