I’ve shared my location and you can see the pinger on the map…

Any idea why it continues to ask for my location on every page load after it already knows where I am?

Is there any way to stop this? Not the greatest for user experience. A couple of friends who I have asked to review the sites had reported the same thing but I was finally able to capture it on video for myself.

    See here…

Let me know your thoughts of if there’s a way to fix it?

    Thanks,
    John

Your settings are fine, and I cannot replicate this in any browser, regardless of the answer I give to the original question to geo-locate. I see you are using Wordfence which might cache some things, so make sure you turn off any caching (except GD Booster) and empty any caches.
Your browser might also have saved different geo-settings earlier, so clear those to see if that changes things: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-can-i-clear-geo-location-settings/

There is no caching active. I’ll keep playing with things to figure out if I can duplicate it.

Again, I’ve had it happen before but never been able to capture it happening. Do as I suggested though and leave the site open in a browser when you leave and come back the next day and see if you can replicate it. I’m not certain if that’s what did it – but it may be.
