That’s what I thought, I’m just not going to make it a required field. If I make your user an admin can you help us get rid of the map on the homepage of our main site?

I’m using Kleo, the theme that came with your plugin.
We would like to not have the map on our homepage, we would rather have it on a different page.
Is it possible to remove the map from the homepage and place it elsewhere with shortcodes?
This page has how we would like to separate the 2 Jobs from the rest of the site: http://music.weirdmike.com/jobs/
But I’d like to display a map with just the Jobs Wanted on it’s own page and the same for the other CPT’s. So you can see a map of all the Jobs Wanted/Needed.
This reply has been marked as private. You say I can only have 1 CPT on a map by default. This is what we’re trying to accomplish:
We have 4 CPT’s – 2 for Classified Posts & 2 for Job Posts
We’d like to figure out a way that we can use the shortcodes (which I have looked and they don’t work) to have a map and directory for the Classifieds and on a separate page the Job section.
I’m having a really hard time understanding why this is so difficult to achieve.
I tried using this to exclude the CPT’s from showing but the page just displays everything regardless.
[gd_cpt_listings title="Browse listings" cpt_exclude=gd_place]
Also, will GeoDirectory work on a MultiSite installation?
Also forgot to ask if it’s possible to have a map that shows only 2 CPT’s instead of all of them?
I just want a map that shows 2 of 4 CPT’s.
Cool. That’s what I was thinking.
Lastly, is it at all possible to hide certain fields from users on a Free level from seeing info on someone’s posting? Like, if you are a free user, you can’t view the phone number for a post unless you upgrade your account to a level that allows that?
Ah, now that makes sense.
