I know how to modify templates. I just don’t know how I would modify the template to include a custom field that I’ve added that doesn’t appear in the template.

    Thanks anyway.

So how would I edit the template to include a custom field?

Thank you. But isn’t that going to be a specific link applied for each listing ID and package ID rather than dynamically added in the info based on the link selection?

Let me try to better explain the process I’m looking for. Once someone claims a listing, if they view the Upgrade Listing page, they will be presented with a popup. The popup will have the features of each package type offered(3 packages) with a link to “Select” a specific package. Once the link is clicked, it should load the package type, with the listing ID’s details.

So far I know that we can remove a listing ID from the package link, but this would mean that the package would load, but the listing details would be blank – it would be like creating a new listing. I also know that I can include the listing ID in the package link, but that would mean that every customer who selects the link with the ID would be directed to that specific Upgrade Listing page for the specified ID. Which doesn’t work.

How do I get the link package link, and have the listing ID to be used based on the currently viewed listing. So if someone is looking for the packages for listing 4, then the listing ID would be dynamically inserted into the link.

Yes I did find a plugin, but I had hoped that maybe I could just expand on the notification email that is sent out to the listing owner to include the reviewers email address instead of installing another plugin.

Can you please tell me where that specific function is? Maybe I can try to figure something out. Thank you.

Yes, it is. But my client want to have a better visitor interaction with their reviewers. You had mentioned an email to thank them for their review – is this feasible?

That’s unusual. There seems to be a theme or plugin conflict.

I would suggest you post your wordpress credentials in a private reply so that someone from the GD team can readily assist you.

    Sorry I couldn’t help!

I see it’s there now. It’s the link that reads “Business Owner?”

Did you input the proper settings?

Dashboard > Geodirectory > Listings Claims

Hi Stiofan, yes I suppose. Just something to acknowledge their review and thank them. Please let me know if this is something that can be done.

    Thank you.

Hi, thank you for your help. It seems that it was the server cache. For some reason or other it wasn’t purged successfully so it was causing some inconsistencies. 🙂

Thank you for your response. I have Open Sans used in CSS and we get the same results.

Do you have any idea what else it could be? Have you tried tunnel bear to see how the results render? Even if geopeeker might not be your suggested medium, it does work to display the problem that we are facing.

    Thank you.
