Hi @Kor,
Quick question, this is the shortcode that is being used in my archive detail for my photo (this was the default), [gd_post_images type=’image’ ajax_load=’true’ link_to=’post’ show_logo=’true’ image_size=”medium”]
However, it seems that the full size image is still being called based on my check gtmetrix.com, can you please have a look?
luckywelivehere.com, thank you.
Hi Alex,
You can disregard my last post, I’m going to just put additional info about search in the category description. However, please pass along the suggestion to enable tag filtering in the advanced search options. Thank you!
Okay, thanks for the response.
That’s too bad, it would seem strange that this wouldn’t be offered by default since categories and tags are part of the core taxonomy system and quite important in a directory.
Keeping the tags essentially hidden from the search options but expecting your visitors to know which tags are available to search isn’t very intuitive. With that being said…
How can I add some instructions for the various types of searches so that visitors will have an example of what/how to search? I know in V1 we had the option to add widgets to the top/bottom areas of the search page, but I don’t see that as a possibility with V2.
Thank you.
Perfect! Thank you so much with your help and attention to this. I appreciate it. 🙂
Okay, thank you.
Okay, thanks.
Yes I have. As mentioned this snippet seems to override the featured image that is set on the page. This is set within WordPress/Elementor.
When I remove the snippet, the featured image that is set will appear. But once it’s active, it will block the featured image if there is no location set, since the snippet is triggered to draw in the image from the location setting. Thank you.
It works. Thanks so much.
Hi @1naveengiri, should I open a new ticket since this one has been marked as resolved? Please see previous message. Thank you!
Okay, glad to know that the settings for V1 were still applicable with V2. Thank you!
Okay, thanks for clarifying.

Hey Guust,
Thanks for that. Just what I was looking for. 🙂
